Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert governance advice to boards and committees
Manage board processes, meetings, and documentation
Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and Lloyd’s governance standards
Support effective decision-making and board effectiveness reviews
What We’re Looking For:
10+ years company secretary experience within the reinsurance / Lloyd’s market
Strong knowledge of UK corporate governance and regulatory expectations
Exceptional organisational and communication skills
